Arrivederci’s presents live Latin Jazz featuring the Bobby Torres Ensemble! Music from 7:00-10:00pm. Reflecting the family ambiance of this unique Italian venue, Bobby has gathered a cadre of well known NW Artists: Dan Gaynor, piano; Carmelo Torres, drums; Chris Woitach, guitar and of course, Bobby Torres, congas. Jazz lovers, the seating, that surrounds the bandstand, gets booked out early so call for your reservation today (503) 659-1143. This is a family friendly venue for the entire evening. Though tables have been spaced to accommodate social distancing, close circuit screens throughout the venue enable jazz fans to enjoy the company of family and friends while watching and listening to some of the best live jazz in Portland! Dining outdoors available.

In addition to the live music, enjoy a selection from Kate and Steve’s menu and wine list. Bobby recommends a glass of pinot noir with the Vegetarian Pizza (ask for it because it is not listed on the menu). Order it Bobby’s heart healthy way (extra veggie) on a fabulous home made gluten free crust and hold the cheese! For your starter, enjoy a small roasted beet and pear salad. Yum! Some vegetarian, GF, vegan options available upon request.

Legends in the Dalles Music Festival presents the Bobby Torres Ensemble from 5:30 pm to 7;15 pm Saturday July 17, 2021. The ensemble features vocalist Julana Torres backed by a cadre of well known NW musicians. This event takes place at Lewis & Clark Festival Park downtown at West First and Union streets in the Dalles OR 97058. Gates & food open at noon with live music starting at 4:00 pm that runs until 11:00 pm. This event includes multiple food vendors along with a micro brew and cocktail corner. Age limit 21+. This special evening includes live Latin jazz music by the Bobby Torres Ensemble featuring vocalist Julana Torres.
The Bobby Torres Ensemble includes musical talent of the highest caliber in Portland to explore the many musical inflections of Latin Jazz.
Lovejoy Market is located on the rooftop at 1910 NW 14th. Look for it on 14th between NW Kearny and NW Lovejoy.
Cocktails available from the Botanist, co-owned by Robbie Wilson and Matt Davidson. The Botanist  is a Pearl district neighborhood destination bar/restaurant known for a personalized style of hospitality and creative cocktails. Food available from Havana Cafe, a Cuban restaurant serving Latin cuisine.
Come on out and support local artists! Bring your mask and your dancing shoes! 
The Botanist and Havana Cafe have tented and heated some 8000 square feet of rooftop to allow for social distancing while dining and dancing. Fans, we hope to see you all there!

A classically trained dancer, singer and actor, Julana’s versatility as a performer combined with her Puerto Rican roots engages audiences in an unforgettable experience of rhythm and dance. She now brings her 10-piece band to the Jack London Revue for an explosion of classic Salsa, Latin Jazz, and Pop/Salsa fusion.  Her new project “La Colora”  includes original songs and highlights the legacy of her percussionist family as she is joined on stage by her father Bobby Torres and brothers Carmelo Torres and Reinhardt Melz. Doors open at 8:00 pm – show starts at 9:30 pm. Tickets $10.00 – 75.00. Notes on Seating: The Jack London provides two options for ticket purchasers. Reserved Seating is purchased on a table-by-table basis and is only available for select shows. For General Admissionticket holders, seating is limited on a first come first serve basis.

Elevate Unity Music Series – located at Botanist – presents “La Colora” a new Salsa band with Portland’s cream of the crop Salsa musicians fronted by Julana Torres (La Colorá). La Colora is an explosion of classic Salsa, Latin Jazz, and Pop/Salsa fusion.The group features a fierce rhythm section, vocal harmonics and choreographed routines that inspire audiences to get up and dance. La Colorá specializes in Cuban and Puerto Rican styled Salsa music. They perform original songs as well as covers by artists such as Los Van Van, Bamboleo and Marc Anthony. Doors open at 5:00 pm. See Ticket Tomato for early and late showtimes. Seating is limited due to the city and state restrictions.  Reservations through Ticket Tomato are suggested in order to ensure entry.
